Early May, we launched an appeal for donation to provide face masks and antiseptic hydroalcoholic gel to families of children with cancer, who are particularly at risk in the face of the health crisis at the time of lockdown lifting.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

A mobilization organized in coordination with the other charities and Foundations of the GRAVIR action group which we belong to.<\/span><\/p>\n

Thanks to donations from more than 200 donors of our association, thanks to donations from companies and regions in France, we were able to distribute 1,800 kits in more than 30 hospitals in France for families\u00a0: in Paris, Poissy, Mantes-La-Jolie, Lille, Amiens, Rouen, Angers, Nantes, Caen, Brest, Tours, Rennes, Poitiers, Nancy, Besan\u00e7on, Dijon, Strasbourg, Reims, Mulhouse, Lyon, Grenoble, Saint-Etienne, Clermont-Ferrand, Limoges, Bordeaux, Toulouse,\u00a0Montpellier, Marseille,\u00a0Nice.<\/p>\n

Message from AUDREY, who received a kit during one of her medical consultations at the hospital:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"“In January 2020, I learned that I had metastatic cancer and that I was going to have to put my life on hold. I am well taken care of and everything is going well, I am healing little by little. I really liked visits from various associations during my hospitalizations. It helped me forget about reality for a moment. Unfortunately with the coronavirus, I have to face it all alone without family or visits. This morning I received a small bag with face masks and hydroalcoholic gel. A donation from you. So thank you, because even if you are not there physically with us, you continue to work to make our lives more beautiful and that is priceless. When I am healed, I will volunteer to help sick children. You are a real example.<\/p>\n
