This day is the opportunity to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Support children and teenagers<\/strong> affected by cancer.<\/li>\n<li>Show your customers that you have a heart and <strong>attract new customers<\/strong> who are sensitive to your commitment!<\/li>\n<li>Highlight <strong>the involvement of your profession in civil society<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>HOW DOES IT WORK ?<\/h3>\n<p>The baker, the customer\u2026 <strong>during the \u00c9clair Day, everyone is united<\/strong>! Indeed, when you sell an <em>\u00e9clair<\/em>, the customer pays a little extra while the baker offers the ingredients, his work and that of his team! The proceeds from this operation are donated to the Imagine for Margo association in the form of a donation*.<\/p>\n<p>In order to maximize the impact of this operation, we advise you to use your top of the range <em>\u00e9clair<\/em>. As a Pastry Chef, I want this business sector to work with me to get things done. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Christophe Adam, Pastry Chef of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leclairdegenieshop.com\/\">\u00c9clair de G\u00e9nie<\/a>, a unique concept, entirely devoted to \u00e9clairs, which he knows how to magnify like no one else.<\/p>\n<h3>REVIEW OF THE 2021 OPERATION<\/h3>\n<p>Launched in France in 2021, this first edition of the <a href=\"https:\/\/imagineformargo.org\/eclair-day-bilan-edition-2021\/\">Eclair Day<\/a> was a success for bakers:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was a huge success and we were sold out around noon. Next year we will produce more <em>\u00e9clairs<\/em>! <strong>Donatien Ma\u00eetre Eclair \u2013 Strasbourg<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cGreat experience and very positive customer feedback! We also had a strong demand for groceries supporting the operation.
