Imagine for Margo was at ASCO 2024!
We are incredibly proud to have been invited by the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) and to have had a stand for the very first time at this major international oncology congress! This is a great recognition for our association, which was the only representative of pediatric cancer.
These four days provided an opportunity to attend conferences on future advancements and innovations in oncology, meet with biotech companies, industry professionals, and researchers, introduce our association, and amplify the voice of children, adolescents, and young adults among more than 45,000 participants!
Promising progress was presented to improve diagnosis (tumor DNA analysis) and treatment of pediatric cancers (such as the development of immunotherapy or precision medicine). Furthermore, artificial intelligence is also making great strides and now helps to improve tumor diagnosis and monitoring, enables patients to better understand their test results, and predicts the best possible combination of personalized medical treatments.
Dr. Pablo Berlanga Charriel from Gustave Roussy also presented the latest results of the Sacha France program, which we fund, aimed at accelerating access to innovative drugs for children, adolescents, and young adults.
This year, the most impressive discoveries were related to adult cancers (lung cancer, melanoma, and leukemia). We continue our efforts to ensure that all children can also benefit from the most effective treatments.
A big thank you to ASCO for this wonderful opportunity, and a heartfelt thanks to Nicolas Brumelot and our generous partner, MisterFly, for making our participation in this important event possible!

The fight goes on: GO, FIGHT, WIN!
