Imagine for Margo mobilises the representatives of 237 international associations to boost the development of new innovative drugs specific against children’s cancer.
The European Commission has launched a public consultation on the Paediatric Regulation No 1901/2006 to gather the opinions of the concerned parties. The Commission plans to produce a report on its application by the beginning of 2013. Possible amendments to the law are planned not before 2017!
This was a unique occasion for the parents’ associations to provide their opinions on how to improve and change the Regulation from now on, without waiting until 2017!
The response to the public consultation, initiated by Imagine for Margo, has been followed and co-signed by the representatives of 237 organisations (French and international), that have come together with the aim of having the maximum impact on the Members of the European Parliament.
