Pastry cook at 114 Faubourg

Christopher, who was 14 years old that day, Alexia and Djibril, lived a unique morning behind the scenes at Hotel Le Bristol. Welcomed like kings by Emilie on April the19th, this incredible visit began with the baker and its appetizing odors; then direction the room service with tasting fresh juices pressed. The children discovered one of the most beautiful suites in the hotel, then the local cat, Pharaon, a real mascot. Then head towards the kitchens of 114 Faubourg where Chef Eric Frechon welcomed the cooks, who chose a “sweet” workshop with Chef Laurent Jeannin. On the menu: tartlets with fruits of the woods, macaroons, and handling of the sleeve! A huge thank you to Emilie, the Chefs and all the staff at the Hotel Le Bristol for their kindness and this unforgettable morning and to Fanny of the pediatric day hospital of Poissy Saint Germain-en-Laye and Dina.
